Let’s get right to it…What are we all about?
The idea started like so many do…between two great friends – Kelly Sosan Bearer and Nicole Fegley – after hours, in between hectic schedules, and usually accompanied by a great deal of laughter. It was in that space of lightness, when us two integral chicks were able to let our hair down and be truly Ourselves, that we realized we had something unique, fun, and powerful to offer.
We are both passionate about the Integral movement – the emerging worldspace of conscious individuals who care about development, increasing awareness, authenticity, multiple perspectives, and a better understanding of our world – and fundamentally just living more good, true, and beautiful lives. We have both lived and worked at the heart of the movement for many years, side-by-side in the trenches with the best Integral teachers, experiencing what Integral truly means and offers, while at the same time having witnessed (and been caught up in) the pitfalls and projections of the leading – bleeding edge. We’ve produced over 40 personal, professional, and spiritual events, and studied Integral Theory for decades. We’ve, in essence, grown up Integral (and despite the claims of some well-meaning new agers, NO, we were not born that way!). We believe that’s a uniquely new perspective to share.
What we’ve noticed in our trip around the block is:
- There’s rightfully a lot of seriousness in the serious business of growth and development.
- There’s a lot of untapped wisdom in the younger Integral generation that is just starting to emerge.
- There’s an infinite amount of love, creativity, humor, and energy to give and receive, and we could all use a little more of it in our lives!
So, we decided to create a show and web offering that highlights:
- The hilarity of it all…we believe if we can’t laugh, we’re truly f*****ed!
- The amazing projects, initiatives, thought, practices, and simple and elegant wisdom that is emerging out of the 20-40ish crowd.
- The continued unfolding of the great wisdom in the always-already amazing teachers in the Integral community, particularly as it can be directed to the next generation!
- And of course…our Unique Lovin’ Ways!
The free website and podcast will feature fun and useful bite-size segments and exercises that will get you laughing, thinking, and practicing your way to a stronger and freer You. Think Car Talk for the human vehicle. Each show will also have a short interview featuring kick-ass wisdom from the younger Integral generation (the I-gens) or advice for the next generation from a wide array of Integral teachers we love, admire, and have a lot to learn from.

Kelly Sosan Bearer is a social entrepreneur specializing in multimedia platform development to disseminate spiritual wisdom teachings both online and off. She is the Co-Founder of Integral Chicks and currently serves as Executive Producer for Sofia Diaz and Multimedia Producer for Buddhist Geeks.
Previously, Kelly worked for Integral Institute from 2003-2008 and has been a student of Integral theory and practice for over a decade. Kelly is an ordained Zen Monk and a published author in the Journal of Integral Theory and Practice. She completed her graduate studies at Naropa University with Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. She also goes by the alter-ego DJ Sosan and has been dropping beats for the Integral scene since 2005.

Nicole Fegley, MA is the Co-founder of Integral Chicks. She is a Certified Integral Coach through Integral Coaching Canada and coaches with Integral Life, The Integral Incubator, and Engaging the Future.
Nicole is the Co-founder, with her partner Clint Fuhs, of Core Integral Inc, a company dedicated to expanding access to the Integral approach and ensuring the integrity of its comprehension. Core Integral offers cutting-edge multi-media learning products developed with Ken Wilber.
Nicole brings care, insight, and humor to help her clients be fierce on their path yet kind to themselves. She is passionate about creating a personalized exploration, an engaging enactment, and sustained embodiment of exactly what her clients most want in their life.
